My name is Brian Walsby. Welcome to my site. I have been a drummer/artist/cartoonist for as long as I can remember (well over a quarter of a century). This website is a way to get some of the work that I have done (art wise) up in one place along with updates on other projects and music related things. I also have some really neat wares to peddle. So..welcome kids!

T SHIRTS

We’re super excited to have gotten the green light from the Dinosaur Jr. camp on this new shirt. When these guys put out their (now classic) second album "You're Living All Over Me" towards the eight of the eighties, they basically set up a musical template that helped define the nineties. Think of how many youngsters played Jazz Masters through numerous pedals at ear splitting volume afterwards? The mind boggles at the thought. This design features head honcho J. Mascis in an obscure but not subtle tribute to a certain character/mascot for a certain early eighties Los Angeles punk band. Deck it out in the traditional Dinosaur Jr. colors of green and purple and you have a wonderful t-shirt that we hope you will enjoy. See you in the pit, motherfuckers!

SHUDDER TO THINK/ BRIAN WALSBY X-FRENCH (T SHIRT)                               SEE DETAIL

Shudder To Think is a special band to me. Illustrating a t-shirt that does the band justice (for me as a listener) puts it up there with doing shirts for the Birthday Party, the Melvins, the Minutemen and other unique musical acts that are more of a universe instead of just a band. Either phase of the band, the original quartet leading up to their final Dischord release "Get Your Goat" or the (featured in this shirt) “Pony Express Record" second version of the band are both (to this very day) mighty. The music and ideas just don't date at all. I can't even lump them into any sort of scene or decade because they seemed to exist outside of all of that, and I still think so to this day. I would like to thank STT vocalist/songwriter Craig Wedren for letting me and Charles do this. We are stoked.
